Principles of Offense and Defense
In this course we’ll look at common defensive structures, analyze the differences of basic coverages, and most importantly dive into the front 7.
We’ll also will provide a high-level overview of offensive gameplay. This is not just a course for WR’s and QB’s! We’ll dive into common run game schemes, the route tree, and offensive positions and formations.
